The Gira motion detector automatically switches on the light when a person enters the room and switches it off again when the person leaves the room. The devices are quick to install: the Gira motion detector is simply inserted into the flush-mounted device box in place of the previous switch.

The Gira Keyless In Keypad opens the door when a personal number combination is entered. No pressure is required in order for your touch to be recognised as a keystroke and acknowledged with an acoustic signal. This capacitive technology enables wear-free operation, thereby ensuring greater security. The buttons are protected from wear and there is no visible fading. This makes it impossible to discern certain number combinations that have been entered frequently.

The Gira LED orientation lights offer you a choice of colours: they can be set to white, blue, red, green or orange. The lights can also constantly cycle through the entire spectrum of colours, from which any desired colour can be saved. The brightness can also be adjusted and therefore adapted to suit individual needs. A slat element can be installed for light dispersion.

Each time the lighting is switched on or off using the Gira pushbutton switch, the button moves back to its initial position. This helps guarantee a uniform appearance, particularly when multiple combinations are used.

The Gira RDS flush-mounted radio simply sits in the wall – just like the light switches and socket outlets. This does away with the need for annoying cables, and work surfaces and counters can be kept free. The radio speaker has been completely redesigned to provide excellent stereo quality sound when the optional Gira additional speaker is connected. Intuitive operation is particularly convenient, thanks to the capacitive sensor field and high-quality display for showing information and transmitter-specific data.

The Gira home station combines a traditional hands-free system with convenient additional benefits: The basic device with speaker, microphone and call buttons can be optionally extended to include a TFT colour display and an additional button for internal calls. The home station with video function can be conveniently operated by lightly touching the four buttons, thanks to its capacitive sensor technology. The speakerphone function is so sensitive that the speaker can be understood, even when they are not standing directly in front of the microphone.
